General Information

SeaGreens Organic Mulch is an open blend of composted bark and SeaGreens Organic Compost to feed your garden. Blended in Tasmania from purely Tasmanian materials, this mix suppresses weeds while feeding the garden and is purposely designed to retain moisture keeping your garden watered for longer. SeaGreens Organic Mulch is a dark brown to black medium grade mulch which looks great in garden beds and blends in well around trees.

Directions for Use

Apply around garden beds, trees and pots at a thickness of 50mm - 100mm. Water the mulch in after spreading. Avoid placing the mulch right up against the trunk of trees, as this can create a moist environment that encourages rot and disease. Instead, leave a small space around the trunk to allow air to circulate. It is recommended that you take care in using mulch around young seedlings, as this product contains a grade of composted bark which may be too large for seedlings.
