There is natural variation between batches for pellet appearance, length and density. All bags are packed to the labelled weight using calibrated scales.

Direction of Use

Tassie Naturals Organic Plant Food Pellets are ideal for improving soil health and feeding all types of garden plants naturally. As a guide, one adult handful contains approximately 75g. One cupful is approximately 100g. Always water in well after application.

Flowers & Vegetable Beds
Mix 100–200g per m² into soil prior to planting.
Re-apply every 6–8 weeks during the growing season to maintain strong, healthy growth.

Native Shrubs, Azaleas & Camellias
Starting 15cm from the plant stem, apply 100g per m² once in spring and again in autumn. (For phosphorus-sensitive natives, use at half rate).

Roses & Ornamental Shrubs
Starting 10cm from the stem, apply 150g per m² every 8 weeks from spring until mid-autumn. Lightly rake pellets into the soil surface.

Fruit Trees (All Types)
Apply 500g for each year of the tree’s age (up to 5kg per mature tree) around the drip zone, once in spring and again in autumn. Rake pellets lightly into topsoil and water well.

Potted Plants
Use 15g for a 15cm pot or 45g for a 30cm pot.
Re-apply every 8 weeks during active growth periods.

New Plantings (Trees & Shrubs)
When planting, mix 200–500g into the base of the planting hole, depending on plant size. Water in thoroughly after planting.
